Escondido, CA
Brandon Turner, 10/13/2026I’ve taken both my 3rd Gen (1998) and 4th Gen (2003) Toyota 4Runners to Alternative Automotive, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their expertise, transparency, and communication throughout the process have been outstanding. At every stage, they shared photos, detailed explanations, and updates via text, making the entire repair process easy to follow and understand. It’s clear they take pride in both the quality of their work and keeping customers informed. If you’re looking for a shop you can trust, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alternative Automotive. Top-notch workmanship, excellent communication, and a great overall experience.
