This shop was recommended to me by two neighbors who also own a Land Cruiser, after my old mechanic retired. Their customer service is top notch. A few examples: some years ago I brought the LC for service and when I picked it up there was a weird noise. The owner drove all the way to my office in Carlsbad to pick up the vehicle and have it fixed ( they had forgotten to test drive it after service, and there was an issue with alignment). Today I came in to have the A/C looked at, and was bracing for a potential long wait, and they offered to get me a ride home at their cost! Wholeheartedly recommend if you own a Japanese car. We also have a 4Runner and a Lexus that they take great care of.
